Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, and delivery speed chosen. Free standard shipping is available for orders over £50 (UK only).

3. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and third-party courier services. We will notify you of any potential delays.

5. Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

6. Lost or Damaged Orders: While we take care in packaging your items, accidents can happen. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at hailmarygames@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a solution.

7. International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns Eligibility: You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, if the item is in its original condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged) with all packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened Warhammer models and miniature sets (unless defective)

  • Trading cards that have been opened or used.

  • Digital products and gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your merchandise.
