T&C’s for table booking

 

Overview

 

• Tables are bookable via the website, in store or over the phone, please see our website for contact details and venue location

• By using the service, users agree to the T&C’s

• T&C’s are subject to change

 

Booking process

 

• A date, time, relevant table and “GM” or Games Master must be selected at the time of booking. The “GM” will be the point of contact for your booking.

• Tables are booked in 4hr or 2hr slots at a charge of £4 or £2 per person respectively, payable at the time of booking.

• Booking is only confirmed when the “GM” receives a confirmation email.

 

Cancellations or modifications

 

• Bookings made in advance are non-refundable.

• Bookings are from and to the hour and cannot be adjusted for late arrivals

 

Use of game tables

 

• Tables and any additional equipment such as terrain or maps must be used in a respectful manner, and users are responsible for any damages or inappropriate behaviour.

• We would ask costumers to be mindful of others, keeping language to a minimum and ensuring not to encroach on other people’s space.

• No outside food or drink to be consumed within the premises unless otherwise stated by the management. This helps us encourage sales of our own food and drink and keep the lights on in your favourite FLGS (friendly local gaming store) 😊

• Please aim to finish your game and be cleared from the table before the next booking arrives.
